UConn Men's Basketball Dealing with Minor Injuries

UConn men's basketball is dealing with a few minor injuries ahead of their matchup against No. 9 North Carolina on Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.

The UConn men's basketball team is dealing with a few minor injuries after Friday night's loss to Kansas.

• Stephon Castle is expected to return from injury, but he will have a minutes restriction. • Cam Spencer, Donovan Clingan, and Alex Karaban are all game-time decisions for Tuesday night's matchup against No. 9 North Carolina.

Spencer, Clingan, and Karaban all appeared to be affected by their injuries in the loss to Kansas. Spencer shot just 1-for-7 from three-point range, Clingan struggled to handle Hunter Dickinson on the glass, and Karaban fouled out in the game's final minutes.

Despite the injuries, UConn is still expected to be a tough opponent for North Carolina. The Huskies have a number of talented players, including Andre Jackson, Tristen Newton, and Adama Sanogo.

The game between UConn and North Carolina is scheduled for Tuesday night at 9:00 PM ET at Madison Square Garden.
